What is available

Cheeryfinds is the pet design project at cheeryfinds.com. You may explore an approximate design using the sample pet or a photo you are entitled to use. Product mockups illustrate concepts; materials, dimensions, contents, availability and prices are unconfirmed. No real purchase, reservation or payment is made through the current preview or demo.

A legal operator name, address and working public contact have not yet been provided. These preview conditions do not replace that missing information or establish sales terms for a launched shop.

Your photos and words

Choose a photo you took yourself or have permission to use for this purpose. Get any necessary permission for people or someone else’s work in it. Avoid identity documents, private contact details and sensitive information in photos or design text. Selecting a photo here does not give Cheeryfinds permission to publish it in advertising or a gallery.

You retain your rights in photos and text you provide. Do not use the tool to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing or defamatory content. The current local preview does not transfer ownership of your photo to Cheeryfinds or authorise its use for advertising, a public gallery or model training. Any future upload or proposed marketing use needs its own explanation and appropriate permission.

Preview limits

The preview is not final artwork, a production sample or a guarantee of the finished product. Cutouts, fine fur, placement, colour and text fitting can be imperfect. You may keep the original background. The editor does not provide a downloadable finished artwork file or confirm print readiness.

Current edits are temporary and can be lost when you reset, refresh or leave. Choosing another photo replaces the current photo. The standalone editor and demo are separate sessions; resetting a demo editor does not clear photos attached to cart items. Earlier browser records are described in Cookies & browser storage.

Playful profiles

Personality cards, magazine-style covers and unofficial job titles are decorative concepts based on your words. They are not identification documents, certificates, qualifications, endorsements or professional animal-behaviour assessments.

The simulation

Use fictional details. Mock orders, proofs, payments, parcels and support messages are generated inside the page. They create no real transaction, notification, delivery, refund promise or customer-service case. Amounts are fictional. Do not enter real payment details or use the demo inbox to contact the operator.

Site content and future services

Website content and templates may be protected by intellectual-property rights. These conditions do not transfer ownership of that content or grant rights to third-party assets. No special commercial-use or redistribution licence for templates is granted by the preview. Your rights in your own input remain yours.

We are exploring a service in which a person refines your design and you review a proof before payment and production. This service is not available yet. The process, revisions, prices, turnaround and support will be confirmed before real orders open. Changes to these preview conditions do not retrospectively alter rights under an earlier purchase or request.

Your legal rights

Nothing here excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Preview limitations do not excuse a future product being faulty, unsafe or materially different from its agreed description. The simulation does not establish cancellation, delivery or refund terms. See cancellations and returns, delivery status and contact status.
