Cancellations & returns

There is no purchase to cancel in the preview

The editor and demo do not place real orders or take payment. Restarting a demo removes its temporary simulated session; it does not cancel an earlier real request. Simulated refunds and support outcomes are not policies for real sales.

Before real sales

Applicable cancellation, returns, refund, revision and complaint terms, a working contact and a returns address must be provided before ordering opens. The terms will need to distinguish physical goods, genuinely personalised goods and any digital content or service actually offered.

UK and EU consumer rights

Distance purchases generally have a 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period, subject to the applicable law and exceptions. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised can be exempt from that change-of-mind right. This is not a blanket “no refunds” rule: rights relating to faulty, incorrect, unsafe or misdescribed goods still apply. A proof approval does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Earlier requests

These current-preview conditions do not retrospectively change an earlier transaction or replace terms and legal rights that applied to it. Keep its reference and any original correspondence. A working public contact has not yet been provided; read contact status.
